Inspection activities included: ordering site testing and procedures (soil density and water content, and grout and concrete-mix quality control); supervising material testing in the contractor site laboratory and in-situ, and carrying out independent tests. It was also to be ensured that all site activities followed the requirements of the ministry in matters related to the Environmental Management Plan.
