The core focus of the project is improving the convenience, and reducing the time taken, to access administrative services for all Albanian citizens. The re-engineering process will aim to simplify service supply by reviewing of business processes, review of the legal framework and relevant reforms.

ABKons has seconded part of its personnel to Deloitte Albania and shall assist the latter as concerns all legal aspects regarding the re-engineering process for 180 services provided by 7 out of 11 public institutions and shall provide business analysis expertise upon the client’s request.
