\nWe are looking for a motivated HR Specialist (Junior) for our office in Tirana to support the Human Resources team in<\/span>
\ndaily administrative and operational tasks. This is a great opportunity for a junior professional who wants to build<\/span>
\nexperience in different areas of HR, including payroll support, employee administration, and HR reporting.<\/span>
\nDESCRIPTION OF THE ASSIGNMENT<\/span>
\nThe HR Specialist (Junior) supports the effective functioning of the Human Resources department by providing<\/span>
\nadministrative and operational assistance across key HR processes. The role contributes to the accurate management<\/span>
\nof employee information, supports payroll preparation, monitors attendance and leave records, and assists in the<\/span>
\ncoordination of recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities. The HR Specialist (Junior) also<\/span>
\nsupports HR reporting and documentation while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable labor<\/span>
\nregulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Assist with payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, and organizing payroll-related information.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accurate documentation and supporting the digitalization of<\/span>
\nHR data.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Monitor employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accurate tracking and proper documentation.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Support key HR operational processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding documentation,<\/span>
\nperformance review administration, and employment verification requests.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Prepare periodic HR reports and provide general administrative support to the HR function.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Conduct basic research on HR policies, regulations, and best practices to support HR initiatives and<\/span>
\ncontinuous improvement of HR processes.<\/span><\/p>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.<\/span>
\n\u2022 0\u20133 years of experience in payroll and administration.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Good communication and teamwork abilities.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Good command of English, both written and spoken.<\/span><\/p>\n
