\nWe are seeking Digitization Operators to support the process of inventorying and digitizing cadastral maps.<\/span><\/p>\n

POSITION PURPOSE<\/span><\/strong>
\nIn this role, the candidate will contribute to the process of inventorying and digitizing cadastral documentation, ensuring<\/span>
\nquality and accuracy at every step of the process.<\/span><\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2022 Inventorying and scanning cadastral maps;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Ensuring that scanned images are clear, complete, and meet the required standards;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Verifying that each scanned map meets the required technical parameters (minimum resolution, color depth,<\/span>
\nfile format, and naming conventions);<\/span>
\n\u2022 Indexing and correctly linking files to the respective cadastral areas;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Documenting any missing information, map damage, or anomalies encountered during the scanning process<\/span>
\nand reporting them to the supervisor for corrective actions;<\/span><\/p>\n

MAIN REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2022 Basic computer skills and knowledge of scanning processes, file management, and data storage;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Ability to carefully handle fragile archival materials;<\/span>
\n\u2022 High attention to detail to ensure scans are clear and complete;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Ability to follow defined instructions and procedures;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Good organizational skills for file management;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Ability to work efficiently within project deadlines;<\/span><\/p>\n
