\nWe are seeking young, motivated Cartographers to contribute to our projects in the digitization and processing of<\/span>
\ncadastral data.<\/span><\/p>\n

POSITION PURPOSE<\/span><\/strong>
\nIn this role, the candidate will contribute to the creation of accurate spatial data and the digitization of cadastral maps.<\/span><\/p>\n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2022 Carrying out the vectorization of digitized cadastral maps, including parcel boundaries, buildings, and other<\/span>
\nmap elements.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Ensuring that the vectorized elements accurately match the original maps and that spatial data are<\/span>
\ngeometrically consistent.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Verifying the completeness of vectorized elements and assigning attributes to each spatial element;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Maintaining consistency between map sheets;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Documenting and reporting any discrepancies to ensure that digitized data meet technical standards<\/span><\/p>\n

MAIN REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2022 University degree, ongoing university studies, or equivalent training in Cartography, Geodesy,<\/span>
\nGeoinformatics, GIS, or related fields.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Experience or academic knowledge in map digitization, cartography, or spatial data processing;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Basic or intermediate knowledge of GIS or CAD software used for vectorization;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Understanding of coordinate reference systems and map interpretation;<\/span>
\n\u2022 High attention to detail and ability to work accurately with spatial data;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Ability to follow technical procedures and work effectively within a project team;<\/span>
\n\u2022 Willingness to travel according to project needs.<\/span><\/p>\n
