\nWe are seeking to hire a Legal Specialist to support in delivering legal and administrative oversight across<\/span>
\nconsultancy, construction processes, and real estate development, ensuring that all contracts, property transactions,<\/span>
\nand company documentation are legally sound, well-managed, and aligned with the company\u2019s commercial and<\/span>
\noperational objectives.<\/span>
\nPOSITION PURPOSE<\/span><\/strong>
\nThe Legal Specialist will provide legal and administrative support to the Director of Contracts and Compliance, with a<\/span>
\nprimary focus on consultancy and construction-related processes, real estate development, and property transactions,<\/span>
\nwhile also supporting the company\u2019s broader commercial and operational activities as required. The role ensures that<\/span>
\nproject, transaction, and company documentation is legally sound, consistently managed, and properly controlled, while<\/span>
\nsupporting the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of contracts and legal documentation related to company<\/span>
\nservices, construction works, procurement, subcontracting, supply agreements, and project implementation. The Legal<\/span>
\nSpecialist also contributes to managing the legal aspects of real estate development and property transactions,<\/span>
\nincluding land acquisition, development agreements, leases, and sale and purchase arrangements.<\/span>
\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2022 Draft, review, and support negotiation of contracts and legal documents related to company services, construction<\/span>
\nworks, procurement, subcontracting, supply agreements, claims\/variations and handover documentation.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Manage the legal aspects of real estate development and transactions, including land acquisition, leases, sale and<\/span>
\npurchase agreements, development agreements, title\/ownership verification, and coordination with notaries and<\/span>
\npublic registries.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintain contract and document control systems: registers, templates, approvals, signatures, archiving and audit-<\/span>
\nready project files.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Conduct legal due diligence and risk screening for new projects, investments, and partnerships, title-related risks<\/span>
\nand propose mitigations.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Draft and archive company governance documents, including resolutions, minutes, board\/management materials,<\/span>
\nand required statutory filings.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Liaise with external legal counsel, auditors, and competent authorities to ensure timely submissions, responses,<\/span>
\nand completion of legal actions.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Attend meetings with stakeholders and\/or competent authorities as required to support ongoing projects,<\/span>
\ntransactions, and regulatory processes.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct in all legal matters.<\/span>
\nMAIN REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/strong>
\n\u2022 3\u20135 years of experience in corporate\/civil law, and\/or real estate\/construction legal work, preferably within an<\/span>
\ninvestment, development, engineering company.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, with working knowledge of construction and real estate<\/span>
\nlegal frameworks (permitting, land\/title, contracts, development\/lease\/sale structures).<\/span>
\n\u2022 Excellent drafting and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and risk awareness.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Strong command of English and Albanian (written and spoken).<\/span>
\n\u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools; able to maintain structured registers and contract<\/span>
\ndatabases.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment and discretion.<\/span>
\n\u2022 High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning.<\/span><\/p>\n
