He sits on private and public sector Boards and\nacts as a coach to numerous executives. He works extensively with companies going through rapid\ngrowth and change internationally. This followed a long career in BP as an expert in non-technical risk &amp;\nexternal affairs; complex government affairs, strategic problem-solving, the provision of independent\nadvice to executives and the development of international teams. He has Chaired Advisory Boards,\nGovernance Boards, Audit &amp; Risk Assurance, and Strategic Risk Committees.
