We are seeking young, motivated Cartographers to contribute to our projects in the digitization and processing of
cadastral data.

POSITION PURPOSE
In this role, the candidate will contribute to the creation of accurate spatial data and the digitization of cadastral maps.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Carrying out the vectorization of digitized cadastral maps, including parcel boundaries, buildings, and other
map elements.
• Ensuring that the vectorized elements accurately match the original maps and that spatial data are
geometrically consistent.
• Verifying the completeness of vectorized elements and assigning attributes to each spatial element;
• Maintaining consistency between map sheets;
• Documenting and reporting any discrepancies to ensure that digitized data meet technical standards

MAIN REQUIREMENTS
• University degree, ongoing university studies, or equivalent training in Cartography, Geodesy,
Geoinformatics, GIS, or related fields.
• Experience or academic knowledge in map digitization, cartography, or spatial data processing;
• Basic or intermediate knowledge of GIS or CAD software used for vectorization;
• Understanding of coordinate reference systems and map interpretation;
• High attention to detail and ability to work accurately with spatial data;
• Ability to follow technical procedures and work effectively within a project team;
• Willingness to travel according to project needs.
