Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Two or more years of experience in the related field
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of regional languages preferred
• Prior experience with projects funded by International Funding Institutions (IFIs) preferred (EBRD, USAID, EU, World Bank, AFD etc…) preferred
• Experience in the region; prior experience in the Western Balkans preferred
