Silvio Pedrazzi is a non-executive director expert in banking, governance as well as risk management. Mr. Pedrazzi has an extensive experience in the financial markets of emerging and developing countries. Highly driven by technological innovation he is a pioneer of automatization of internal processes aiming to improve efficiency and profitability within a solid CRG - Governance Risk and Compliance framework. Mr. Pedrazzi has enjoyed a long career with Intesa Sanpaolo Bank as an Executive Director, Chairman and CEO of foreign subsidiaries; during his office he received several awards in different countries. He was also Chairman of the Association of Albanian Banks.
