Quality Management Specialist

We are seeking to hire a Quality Management Specialist to support the control, standardization, and continuous
improvement of organizational documentation, ensuring compliance with quality management systems.
POSITION PURPOSE
The Quality Management Specialist is responsible for the control, standardization, and continuous improvement of
organizational documentation to ensure compliance with quality management systems and certification standards and
other regulatory frameworks and to support the effective implementation and maintenance of the company’s Quality
Management System (QMS). The specialist ensures that documentation processes support audit readiness,
certification processes, regulatory compliance, and operational consistency across the organization and also act as
the bridging connection between the departments, up-to-date guidelines while staying aligned with good local and
international standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and manage a centralized documentation control system, including maintaining document
registers and revision history.
• Standardize all organizational documents (policies, procedures, templates, etc.) and ensure
consistent formats, version control, and approval workflows.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up to date, accessible, and compliant, including auditing and
properly archiving outdated materials.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with
required standards.
• Ensure documentation complies with ISO, HSE, environmental, and social responsibility standards.
• Coordinate audits, monitor compliance, and collaborate with teams to address deviations and drive
continuous improvement
• Prepare and manage documentation for ISO certifications and compliance audits.
• Support departments in aligning processes and documentation with required standards and act as
the focal point during audits.
• Track non-conformities, corrective actions, and maintain audit records to ensure timely resolution of
gaps.
• Identify documentation gaps and drive efficiency and compliance by developing templates,
guidelines, and SOPs, while ensuring consistency across departments through standardized best
practices.
• Train and guide staff on document control and compliant documentation practices while promoting
quality and sustainability standards across the organization
• Support the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality
Management System (QMS).
• Identify gaps, develop and update quality procedures, and monitor processes to drive corrective and
preventive actions aligned with best practices.
• Promote cross-departmental integration, reporting, and a culture of quality, accountability, and
continuous improvement.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification or training in ISO standards, Quality Management Systems, or HSE is an advantage.
• Additional professional certification related to Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Internal
Auditor, Lead Auditor, or equivalent) would be considered an asset.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, or document control.
• Experience working with ISO standards, certification processes, or regulatory documentation is
highly desirable.
• Experience in HSE or environmental management documentation is an advantage.
• Experience in supporting internal or external audits and managing corrective action processes.
• Strong knowledge of document control and quality management principles.
• Strong knowledge of English language.
• Understanding of ISO certification requirements and audit processes.
• Excellent organizational and documentation management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to standardize processes and improve systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
