Legal Specialist

We are seeking to hire a Legal Specialist to support in delivering legal and administrative oversight across
consultancy, construction processes, and real estate development, ensuring that all contracts, property transactions,
and company documentation are legally sound, well-managed, and aligned with the company’s commercial and
operational objectives.
POSITION PURPOSE
The Legal Specialist will provide legal and administrative support to the Director of Contracts and Compliance, with a
primary focus on consultancy and construction-related processes, real estate development, and property transactions,
while also supporting the company’s broader commercial and operational activities as required. The role ensures that
project, transaction, and company documentation is legally sound, consistently managed, and properly controlled, while
supporting the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of contracts and legal documentation related to company
services, construction works, procurement, subcontracting, supply agreements, and project implementation. The Legal
Specialist also contributes to managing the legal aspects of real estate development and property transactions,
including land acquisition, development agreements, leases, and sale and purchase arrangements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Draft, review, and support negotiation of contracts and legal documents related to company services, construction
works, procurement, subcontracting, supply agreements, claims/variations and handover documentation.
• Manage the legal aspects of real estate development and transactions, including land acquisition, leases, sale and
purchase agreements, development agreements, title/ownership verification, and coordination with notaries and
public registries.

• Maintain contract and document control systems: registers, templates, approvals, signatures, archiving and audit-
ready project files.

• Conduct legal due diligence and risk screening for new projects, investments, and partnerships, title-related risks
and propose mitigations.
• Draft and archive company governance documents, including resolutions, minutes, board/management materials,
and required statutory filings.
• Liaise with external legal counsel, auditors, and competent authorities to ensure timely submissions, responses,
and completion of legal actions.
• Attend meetings with stakeholders and/or competent authorities as required to support ongoing projects,
transactions, and regulatory processes.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct in all legal matters.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate/civil law, and/or real estate/construction legal work, preferably within an
investment, development, engineering company.

• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, with working knowledge of construction and real estate
legal frameworks (permitting, land/title, contracts, development/lease/sale structures).
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and risk awareness.
• Strong command of English and Albanian (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools; able to maintain structured registers and contract
databases.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment and discretion.
• High integrity, professionalism, and commitment to continuous learning.
